Korean Customers Projects & Engineering Liaison

We are looking for a Korean Customer Project & Engineering Liaison to act as a key connector between Zanini and our Korean Automotive customers.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective communication, coordination, and understanding between internal teams and customer R&D departments on a global scale. You will contribute directly to the success of Zanini’s Korean business by supporting project alignment, anticipating risks, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact point for Korean customers R&D/Development Teams.

• Facilitate internal understanding of Korean customer structure, processes, and expectations.

• Support internal decision-making by analyzing ongoing projects (development & industrialization phases).

• Anticipate and manage potential issues with customers, ensuring proactive communication.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, etc.).

• Organize and lead:

  • Annual technical meetings in Korea

  • Global semi-annual project alignment meetings

• Support the Sales & Marketing team with insights and reporting.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales activities, Trading, Business Consultancy or Engineering, Technical sales or similar roles.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Korean corporate and business culture

  • Automotive industry

• Good understanding of Korean customers, especially those that are industrial and international.

• Languages:

  • Korean (fluent)

  • English (full professional proficiency)

  • Spanish (medium level)

• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

• High level of initiative, autonomy, and self-motivation.

• Strong customer focus and commitment to achieving results.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure and deadlines.
